2. Services
The services offered include consulting and training in the field of diversity.
They do not constitute legal advice.

3. Assignment & delivery
The scope, objectives and duration of services are agreed individually.
Services are delivered in accordance with the agreed terms.

4. Fees & payment
Fees are invoiced in accordance with individual agreements.
Invoices must be paid within the specified payment period.

5. Liability
Liability for direct or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Data protection
The Privacy Policy on this website applies.

7. Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Zurich.
