Where research meets practice. I am Executive Director of the Swiss Feminist Rights Institute (FRI) and teach on diversity in the Leadership Programme at Kalaidos University Zurich. What led me here: a Master’s in Human Rights at Sciences Po Paris, work at the United Nations, and years of consulting at PwC, where I advised organisations on Diversity & Inclusion at the workplace. I am also currently completing a training in systemic coaching. That means: I speak the language of research and practice, of leadership and implementation. And I know what it takes for change to not just be imagined, but lived.
