My offering serves individuals and organisations from the private sector, public sector, and non-profit organisations. I work with leaders and teams at all levels: those implementing equity in daily practice, as well as HR and ESG professionals working strategically. As a university lecturer, I also bring diversity topics to professionals and leaders.
I work in German and English. Raised in Austria, now based in Switzerland, and with years of international work experience, I’m comfortable navigating different cultural contexts.
I work primarily in Switzerland, Germany and Austria, and on request, beyond. I design my workshops and consultations flexibly: online or in person. Together we determine which format delivers the best impact.
I know both sides: the academic and the operational. I have studied Human Rights, worked in management consulting, and know as an executive what it means to carry responsibility and shape change. That experience informs every collaboration.
